Employer "New Hire" Reporting
The New Hire Reporting Program allows employers to assist in the state’s efforts to locate noncustodial parents. Information gathered by the New Hire Reporting Program is used to collect child support and reduce public assistance costs.
Effective July 2007, the program will be administered by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Child Support Enforcement Division. To find information and reporting forms, click here.
