State Conducting Earthquake Exercise in September – Vigilant Guard 2009
Vigilant Guard is a Homeland Defense/Homeland Security FEMA Regional exercise hosted by the National Guard in conjunction with the State. The primary Goal is to enhance mutual emergency coordination, response, and recovery.
