Word Format

To save and print the State Application or Additional Experience Form in Word:

  • Right click on the link above and select "save target as". Choose the location (disk or hard drive) to which you would like to save the application file and select save. Then, minimize or close your browser and open the file to which you saved your application.

To update the experience section of Word application:

  • go to "Tools" and select "Unprotect Document";
  • copy an experience table; and
  • paste the copied table where needed.
  • Do not "protect" again - all information will be lost
