Negotiated Rule Making
MAR Notice No. 42-2-800, negotiated rulemaking regarding rules related to prepaid wireless telecommunications providers, as found in Chapter 31, Title 42, Administrative Rules of Montana. Any person interested in applying or nominating another person for membership on the committee must submit an application no later than November 10, 2008. . Members will be selected by November 21, 2008. Organizational meeting to be held on December 3, 2008. The department did not receive sufficient applications to represent a balanced representation of the subject matter so the application period has been extended.
