MAR Notice No. 42-2-793, adoption of rules relating to local government tax increment financing districts (TIFD), as found in Chapter 19, Title 42, Administrative Rules of Montana.  Hearing was held April 23, 2008.  Oral testimony and written testimony was provided during the hearing.  Effective date of the rules:  7/18/08.  See the "Hearing" section for the department rules to review the full text of the rules.

MAR Notice No. 42-2-782, adoption of rules relating to property tax incentives for new investment, development research, and technology related to renewable energy, as found in Chapter 4, Title 42, Administrative Rules of Montana. Hearing was held December 17, 2007. Oral and written testimony was provided during the hearing. Effective date of the rules: 4/25/08.
