Governor Martz Announces Meth Summit

HELENA - Governor Judy Martz today begins her three day summit in Billings to examine best practices and new strategies to end the spread of methamphetamine production, use, and distribution in Montana. Governor Martz will address the summit Wednesday, June 2 at 8:00 AM in the Mansfield Health Education Center at St. Vincent Healthcare.

Immediately following her opening remarks Governor Martz will hold a press briefing in the Mansfield Center Library with the Honorable Mike McGrath, Attorney General of Montana; Bill Mercer, U.S. Attorney for Montana; Dwight MacKay, U.S. Marshal for Montana; the Honorable Richard Cebull, U.S. District Court Judge; and Michelle Hood, President/CEO, St. Vincent Healthcare.

Interested persons can register at the summit. A complete agenda follows.
