- Submit one copy of the course application and course outline, instructor manual or syllabus along with a detailed content timeline, to the Board office. The $75 course application fee must accompany the application.
- Submit one copy of the instructor application along with a current resume, including vocational experience and instructional experience. The $50 instructor application fee must accompany the application.
- Application for course approval must be made 45 days prior to the course offering.
- Distance education courses must first be certified by the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) and then submitted to the Board of Realty Regulation Education Committee for content review.
