Business Standards Division
The Department of Labor and Industry's Business Standards Division works directly with Governor appointed Board Members to serve and protect all Montanans. The work of a board member takes many forms depending on the specific needs of the licensing program he/she is appointed to represent. This manual was developed to assist board members by addressing broad categories of duties and responsibilities common to most members.
