NOTICE TO ALL REAL ESTATE EXAM APPLICANTS

Passing the real estate exam does not automatically qualify a person for a real estate license. The Board has a duty to review all successful applicants' reputation, felony convictions, etc. (This includes the activities of a salesperson applying for a broker license).

Any Successful applicant may be required to appear before the Board for a personal interview regarding any of these matters prior to licensure as a real estate licensee.
