Broker Simulation Examination
The Montana Real Estate Broker Examination will be offered as a simulation examination only, beginning September 18, 2006. The examination consists of ten (10) simulation problems and will be 3 ½ hours in length. Eight (8) of the ten (10) simulation problems will be scored. The remaining two (2) problems will be non-scored, pretest problems. Candidates will receive a score report at the completion of the examination.
AMP provides sample real estate broker practice simulations designed to simulate taking a National Broker Simulation Examination. The software is identical to that used for the administration of AMP's Broker Simulation Examination. To use this software, you will need an HTML 4.0 compatible browser such as Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator with "cookies enabled."
