Professional Land Surveyor by Exam
A. Application Fee: $50.00
B. Education Requirements: See MCA 37-67-308, 309 and ARM 24.183.501
C. Experience Requirements: See MCA 37-67-309 and ARM 24.183.802
D. Examination Information: 6 hour Principles and Practice of Land Surveying, 2 hour Montana Law Specific Exam, and ARM 24.183.509
E. Renewal Period: Biennial: every two years- June 30th on even numbered years
F. Renewal Fee: $90.00 every two years
G. Continuing Education Requirements: 30 Professional Development Hours (PDH) for a two year cycle (i.e. July 1, 2000 to June 30 2002) For more information see and ARM 24.183.2105

Professional Land Surveyor by Comity
A. Application Fee: $200.00
B. Education Requirements: See MCA 37-67-308, 309, 313, ARM 24.183.501 and ARM 24.183.801

D. Examination Information: 2 hour Montana Law Specific Exam see ARM 24.183.509
