Electronic Tools Available from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
The FDA has requested that the Board provide information to physicians about the number of electronic tools available that provide important safety information and on medical products they use and prescribe.
Healthcare practitioners can now receive clinically useful safety information on medical products from the FDA by:
- 1) Subscribing to FDA MedWatch list serve notification or RSS news feeds at www.fda.gov/medwatch/elist.htm
- 2) Bookmarking FDA’s MedWatch website at www.fda.gov/medwatch/saftey.htm
- 3) Downloading audio broadcasts (podcasts) at www.dailymed.nlm.nih.gov
