EXAMINATION INFORMATION


DENTAL LICENSE:

The Western Regional Exam (WREB), North East Regional Board (NERB), Southern Regional Testing Agency (SRTA), Central Regional Dental Testing Service (CRDTS), or the Council of Interstate Testing Agencies (CITA) is required of all applicants for licensing by examination. All examinations are valid for licensure for 5 years from the time of passage.

The State Jurisprudence Exam is required of all applicants. Applicants will be sent the jurisprudance examination after the application is approved. The examination is open-book. The Board also accepts clinical exams given by the following states: California, Delaware, Florida, and Nevada.

DENTAL ASSISTANTS

Dental Assistants are required to be certified in Montana to expose radiographs. The certification examination is administered by Dental Assisting National Board (DANB). Contact: DANB at
1-800-FOR-DANB for a radiograph exam application.
