Access and Manage Accounts Online Through Taxpayer Access Point

Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) is a free electronic service for accessing current account information, filing and amending tax returns, as well as, updating and managing accounts for the following account types:

You are welcome to register to use TAP to manage your accounts. To begin you will need the following information:

  • The name of the account type you wish access to
  • The specific Account ID provided to you in department documentation
  • The zip code used for the account type you will be accessing

Pay Taxes through Business Tax Express

Business Tax Express (BTE) is a free on-line program for paying state taxes. The following tax types are available to pay online:

  • Wine Tax (WIT)
  • Beer and Hard Cider Tax (BET)

You may also submit a payment using the credit card option; however a small fee will be applied.

For security purposes you must first register to use the Business Tax Express on-line service. The department generally approves your registration within one day if you are registered on our processing system as a business customer. You will get an approval e-mail and then you are ready to use the application.

Submit Your License Renewal Online Through Taxpayer Access Point

Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) is a free electronic service available to complete and submit liquor license renewal applications. Click on the appropriate account type link below to complete and submit on-line:
