Before You Begin to File…
- For the best online filing experience, we recommend that you have all necessary documents ready before you begin your online filing session.
- For security purposes, your online session will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity. Please keep this in mind during your online session, to prevent the loss of your work.
- We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our online filing process by viewing a “demonstration” on how to file the online Form 2EC. Once you have completed the demo, you will be given the opportunity to go to the actual online form. To get started on the demo, click here.
- In some cases, may be necessary to turn off your browser’s pop-up blocker in order for all features of the online filing service to work correctly.
- Our online filing services were designed for use with the following browsers: Internet Explorer version 6.0 and higher, Mozilla FireFox version 1.5 and higher, Netscape version 8.0 and higher, Opera version 8.5 and higher, and Safari version 2.0 and higher. If you are not using one of these browsers, you may experience difficulties, and the online services may not work as intended
- Your internet browser must have scripting enabled in order for this online service to work correctly.
- Here is how to enable scripting in Internet Explorer:
- Click on Tools located in the toolbar at the top of Internet Explorer.
- Click on Internet Options.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click on the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to Scripting near the bottom of the settings and set all three Scripting Settings to Enable.
- Click OK to exit the windows.
- Here is how to enable scripting in Internet Explorer:
- Your internet browser must have scripting enabled in order for this online service to work correctly.
